Learned counsel for Nagar Panchayat, Lambhua says that construction is being undertaken on Gata No.360 which is earmarked for Chak marg and not on Gata No.372, a fact which is being refuted by petitioner's counsel. 3. If the petitioner is still recorded in respect of Gata No.372 or whosoever is recorded may initiate proceedings for demarcation of boundaries of the said Gata which in our view will settle the dispute.
