THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.8633 of 2025 O R DE R: This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in directing the Petitioner to vacate Shop No.15-3-2/a, GBC Road, Revenue Ward No.9, Santhi Nagar, Ponnur, Guntur District without issuing any show-cause notice as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner claims to be doing business under the name and style of ‘Bismillah Chicken Center’ in the above mentioned premises. Petitioner has taken trade licence from Respondent No.2. While so, it is stated that staff of Respondent No.2 directed the Petitioner to vacate the premises and in that context, present writ petition is filed. 3. Respondent-Municipality submitted signed instructions of Commissioner, Ponnur Municipality stating that the Petitioner had obtained trade licence only to sell Chiken and not mutton. It was further stated that the allegation that Municipal Authorities had directed the Petitioner to vacate the premises is absolutely false. The signed instructed are passed on to the Court and the same are placed on record. 2 4. In view of the instructions passed on, no further orders need to be passed in the writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
