Art. 227)] No. 43 of 2025 has been filed by the applicant under Order 22 Rule 3 of CPC whereby seeking for consideration of the reasons stated in the aforesaid application for arranging party respondents No. 4(i) and 4(ix) in the proceeding of CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 28 of 2015. Heard learned senior counsel for the applicant, Mr. N. Ibotombi and learned senior counsel for the respondent, Mr. T. Rajendra in both application proceedings are concerned and submitting that these applications may be considered. Keeping in view of the submissions made by both learned senior counsel for the parties and reasons stated in the applications, it is deemed appropriate that the proceeding in MC[CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 42 of 2025 is hereby considered and delay of 87 days is condoned and the proceeding in MC[CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 43 of 2025 has also been considered in the interest of justice. Consequently, the arrangement of respondents No. 4(i) and 4(ix) in the proceeding of CRP(C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 28 of 2015 is allowed. Accordingly, passed order in this proceeding.
