For the State : Mr. P.K Chatterjee, A.P.P. ----- 05/ 10.07.2025 Heard the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 33, 41, 42 of Indian Forest Act and Section 5, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 16 of Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act pending in the court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with G.(F) Case No. 43/2018. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his license to run the saw mill lapsed on 1998 but he could not renew the same as he was suffering from illness. 4. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the license lapsed way- back in the year, 1998. 5. Considering the fact that cognizance has now been taken, I direct the petitioner to appear before the court concerned. 6. On his appearance the court concerned will release him on bail with the condition that he will appear before the trial court on each and every date and the trial to be concluded as early as possible without any delay. The petitioner should cooperate in the trial. 7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/Cp-3
