The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) To direct the direct learned Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow though Judicial Memberto decide the Revision No. 2136/2022 (Smt. Munni Devi and others V/s Rajendra parsad and anothers) within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of Justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
