Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:25448 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4773 of 2025 Petitioner :- Pooja Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar Lko. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sudhir Kumar Rai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 5. By means of the present petition, the petitioner seeks cancellation of the selection of respondent no. 6 to the post of Anganwari Karyakatri. A further prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide her representation dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure No. 6). Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner did not upload her educational certificates relating to Intermediate and Graduation while filling out the application form on the portal. As such, during physical verification, her candidature could not be considered for selection to the post of Anganwari Karyakatri. Perused the record including the advertisement and the Government Order dated 21.03.2023, which prescribes the relevant guidelines. Admittedly the petitioner failed to upload the requisite certificates as mandated by the advertisement. Consequently, her candidature was not eligible for consideration. This requirement is a mandatory condition under the advertisement as well as under Clause 4 of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023, which lays down the complete procedure and guidelines for candidates seeking appointment to the post of
Anganwari Karyakatri. Since the petitioner did not comply with the prescribed procedure and failed to upload her original certificates on the departmental portal, her candidature was rightly not considered. There is no illegality in the selection of respondent no. 6 to the post of Anganwari Karyakatri. The writ petition, being devoid of merit, is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 1.5.2025 R.C.
