Case No. 1860/2023, Ishwar Chandra Vs. Ram Chandra & another." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending matters with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
