The petitioner had taken commercial loan from the opposite party no. 3 and on its non payment, Recovery Certificate had been issued to the Revenue Authorities who in turn have issued citation for recovery of an amount of Rs.8,11,344/- which is impugned herein. 3. These are not matters to be seen under Article 226 of Constitution of India. The petitioner may approach the opposite party no. 3, as, its counsel has no objection to the same whereupon the opposite party no. 3 may look into the matter and if any settlement is made, then, it shall inform the Revenue Authorities. 4.
