This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Vigilance P S Case No.13/2025. 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by the Court on 06.06.2025, the petitioner has already Page No.# 2/2 appeared before the Investigating Officer on 10.06.2025 and his statement has already been recorded. 4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operating with the police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. 5. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted by this Court on 06.06.2025 in favour of the petitioner Ms. Saymeen Mannan is hereby made absolute.
