He would also place reliance on my order in W.P.(MD)No.3589 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025, where in a similar matter, I had directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Divisional Bench in the above Writ Appeal batch dated 08.07.2022. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 and in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.(MD)Nos.1201 and 1588 of 2019 dated 08.07.2022, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
