Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/3 2. The application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Omar Ali Ahmed, who is appending his arrest in connection with Pathsala P.S. Case No. 32/2025 under Sections 336(3)/340(2)/318(4)/337 of the BNS, 2023. 3. The gist of accusation in this case is that on 12.04.2025, one Samujjal Jyoti Gogoi, ACS had lodged an FIR before the Officer- in-charge of Pathsala Police Station, inter-alia, alleging that while scrutinizing the nomination paper during the Panchayat election in the district of Bajali, it was found that the petitioner had submitted suspected fake academic certificates along with his nomination paper for the said election. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to grant of interim bail, they have appeared before the I.O, rendered their cooperation in the investigation and their statements have also been recorded. 5. The case diary has been received. 6. I find on the case diary that I.O has not submitted any bail objection as the applicant is stated to have already been served notice under Section 35(3) BNSS and arrest was not found necessary. 7. In any case, the investigation has also progressed. Considering the cooperation rendered by the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall co- operate with the remaining investigation and shall not hamper or Page No.# 3/3 tamper with the evidence. 8.
