The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned proposal dated 09.04.2025 passed by the opposite party no. 5 contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the proposal has to be accepted by the Tehsil Level Committee, the petitioner is permitted to file objection before the Tehsil Level Committee, which shall be considered by the same in accordance with law. 4.
