The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no 2 to 4 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment of opposite party no 6 to 7 from Gaon - Sabha land bearing Gata no 121 Area 0.1440 Hectares situated at village Pure Chatrapal Post tekari dandu Block Deeh, Tehsil salon, District Rae " Bareli which is recored as Khalihan in the Revenue Record as contained Annexure no 1 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that an adequate efficacious remedy is prescribed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided within the time prescribed under the statute in accordance with law.
