By virtue of an order dated 13.03.2015, the writ court came to dispose of writ petition SWP No. 2170/2013 without adjudication on merits but with a direction to the writ respondents, in particularly, official respondents No. 1 to 3 to accord consideration to the petitioner’s claim under rules and having due regard to the judgment dated 24.11.2011 passed in SWP No. 135/2009 and pass appropriate orders within two months time period. 02. The institution of the present contempt petition came to take place on 02.03.2016 meaning thereby almost after a period of one year. Ever since, during the pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner has not come forward to register any grievance that the requisite consideration is still awaited to be accorded and, therefore, this Court can safely infer that the matter stands considered and disposed of to the satisfaction of the petitioner, as such, the contempt petition is held to be rendered infructuous by efflux of time, hence dismissed.
