Also heard Mr. K K Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application for modification of certain conditions imposed upon the applicant Nimisha Bhuyan by this Court on 09.09.2021 in Bail Application No.2030/2021. 3. The condition that is sought to be revoked is that the applicant was directed to submit her passport in the court of the learned Special Judge, NDPS, Kamrup (Metro). The petitioner has Page No.# 2/2 done so. Now, the applicant wants that her pass port should be returned to her as she is intending to go to Thailand alongwith her family members. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. The said conditions stands revoked. The passport of Nimisha Bhuyan shall be returned to her. It is further directed that whenever the applicant Nimisha Bhuyan will go outside the jurisdiction of the Special Judge, she will inform the court below before going abroad.
