Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "1. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opp. party no. 5 to re-visit pay fixation of petitioner for the period of 01.07.2011 to 31.03.2023 in compliance of order dated 05.12.2024 passed by opp. party No. 3 and further pay pension and other consequent post retiral dues to petitioner determined on the basis of last pay drawn i.e. Rs 85,100/- at the time of his retirement, i.e. on 31.03.2023 along with arrears and interest accrued there upon and accordingly pension payment order be issued." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.5 i.e. Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer, Mau within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
