The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case bearing Sessions Case No.431/2024, arising out of Case Crime No.423/2023, under Sections 379, 411, 413 I.P.C., Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh alongwith charge sheet bearing No.448/2023 dated 06.12.2023 and order dated 05.02.2024 passed in the aforesaid case by learned A.C.J.M., Room No.13, Pratapgarh. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
