Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. To pass an appropriate order or direction setting aside the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow in Securitization Application No.140 of 2025; Babban Ojha and Ors. vs. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd., contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition; ii. To pass an appropriate order or direction setting aside the order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Case No.113 of 2025 Computerized Case No.D20251127000113 Edelweiss vs. Babban Ojha and Ors., contained in Annexures No.2 to this petition." 3. Considering the arguments raised in respect of the order dated 21.04.2025 wherein the DRT has recorded that the application was defective and permission was granted to file a fresh application, the same does not require any interference. 4. With regard to the order dated 24.02.2025, as the same pertains to a private company, no interference is called for. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his interim application may be directed to be decided. 6. Without there being any pleading or application on record, no such direction can be issued. The said request is also rejected. 7. Present petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
