1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 12.1.2023 and
23.9.2022.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside order dated 12.01.2023 (Annexure P/1).
10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside order dated 23.09.2022 (Annexure P/2) whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Specialized Therapy Centre, Balod, District Balod (C.G.).
10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work in the present place of posting i.e. Ayush Wing, District Hospital Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.).
10.4. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.."
3. Vide order dated 4.4.2023, order of status quo was granted to the petitioner by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at her original place of posting, as
3 such the order transferring the petitioners, by the afflux of time, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 12.1.2023 and 23.9.2022 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
