Delhi And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dushyant Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Devendra Mohan Shukla Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 has been accepted by Shri Shashank Bhasin, Advocate.
3. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs :-
"a. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3, to update/ upload the corrected marksheet of petitioner on the portal of C.B.S.E. Board and further be directed to take suitable decision on the representation of petitioner dated 28.10.2024, pending before him, within a week in the interest of justice contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition."
4. At the outset, Shri Shashank Bhasin learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed for the reason that initially the petitioner wanted a correction in the date of birth of his marksheet from 3.1.2026 to 1.3.2026. It is urged that after the said rectification, the revised marksheet has already been issued to the petitioner and the same has also been uploaded on the digi-locker which is available. Accordingly, the prayer made by the petitioner stands rendered infructuous.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that the revised/corrected marksheet has been received by the petitioner. He also could not dispute that the revised marksheet is also available on the Digi-Locker.
6. In view thereof, nothing survives in this petition. It is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 30.4.2025/Shukla Digitally signed by :- ASHUTOSH KUMAR SHUKLA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
