Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:25138-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4056 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Nihal Respondent :- Senior Registrar Honble High Court Of Judicature Allahabad Lko Banch, Lko And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vijay Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- Gaurav Mehrotra Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vijay Dixit, learned Counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 and 2. The petitioner has some litigation before District Courts at Ambedkar Nagar where the opposite party no. 3 is a Stenographer. The petitioner seeks the transfer of opposite party no. 3. The petitioner claims to have filed some cases in the District Court against alleged family members and others of opposite party no. 3. The allegation is that merely because of the posting of the Stenographer in the said district, all adverse orders are being passed in his case. This is hardly a matter to be considered by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If there is a cause, the petitioner can approach the concerned on the administrative side, especially as, there are no specific instances or any proof which could support the claim of the petitioner, and orders are passed by Judicial Officers, not Stenographers. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Order Date :- 1.5.2025 Lokesh Kumar [Om Prakash Shukla, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.] Digitally signed by :- LOKESH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
