The petitioner seeks payment of certain dues for the construction work of Khadanja allegedly done by him for the Zila Panchayat, Sitapur in the year 2024, however, Shri Subhash Chandra Pandey and Shri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the Zila Panchayat, Sitapur states that dues are not admitted. Since it is a contractual matter, the petitioner may avail other remedies as per law, which may include approaching the concerned authority. 4.
