The petitioners are arraigned as accused in FIR No.131 of 2024, on the file of the Macherla Town Police Station, Palnadu District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 307, 440, 447, 427, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the 2nd respondent initially filed a complaint with the police, but refused to have it registered. Rather than pursuing it there, the 2nd respondent filed a complaint before the learned Magistrate and got it referred to the police station. 4. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Macherla Town Police Station, Palnadu District, is directed to complete the investigation without taking coercive steps against the petitioners in FIR No.131 of 2024, on the file of Macherla Town Police Station, Palnadu District. This would not preclude the investigation officer from filling a charge sheet or final report after completion of the investigation. 5.
