The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction to the opposite party no. 1 to expeditiously decide the Regular Civil Appeal No. 187 of 2023, Smt. Mithlesh and others Vs. Dharmpal and another which is pending since 2023 considering the fact that the said case was reserved for judgement but only because of the delaying tactics so adopted by the contesting respondents the matter is not being finally decided and is being made to linger on, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the appellate court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeal with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
