Bhiti, Dist.-Ambedkarnagar which is pending as expeditiously as possible within the provisions of law, in the interest of Justice. b. Issue order or direction commanding Civil Judge Jr. Division (Fast Track Court, Dist. Ambedkarnagar to decide the case no. 938/2024 pending in the court of Civil Judge Jr. Division (Fast Track Court, Dist. Ambedkarnagar case crime no. 41/2024 State of UP vs Jeetendra Kr. @Pappu & others u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 DP Act at PS. Bhiti, Dist.- Ambedkarnagar, without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties by hearing the case on day to day basis, in the Interest of Justice" Learned A.G.A. has raised preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. as pre-mature and is not maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage, if necessary. As prayed, the present application under Section 483 is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
