Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Pratap Singh, learned A.C.S.C. for the State-respondents. Learned A.C.S.C., on the basis of written instructions which are taken on record, submits that earlier, the petitioner was selected for the post of Anganwadi Karyakarti however, upon a complaint given by one Rubi Devi that the certificate of the petitioner has been obtained by forged means thereafter, an inquiry was conducted by Sub Divisional Officer, Shahabad pursuant to which vide letter dated 19.04.2025, the income certificate issued to the petitioner has been cancelled. It is also submitted that the process of selection is going on. The next suitable candidate as per the Government Order dated 21.03.2023 shall be selected. In view of above, the petition being devoid of merits is dismissed as the petitioner while filing this petition has not assailed the cancellation order dated 19.04.2025 of income certificate. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again in case there is a fresh cause of action.
