The present petition has been filed for the following main relief(s):- "(I) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the state authorities, i.e. specifically opp. parties No.2 to 4 to prosecution should be initiated/concluded against the opp. party No.5 to 8 under the criminal law, in the interest of justice. (II) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opp. party No.2 & 4 specifically to decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2024, in the interest of justice." 3. The present petition for the relief(s) sought is completely misconceived. It is for the following reasons:- (i) In so far as prayer no.1 is concerned, it appears that being annoyed on account of the proceedings carried out in relation to partition suit/Computerized Case No.202402570401710 (Rajesh Kumar Vs. Ram Awadh & others) the present petition has been filed making bald and vague allegations against the statutory authorities. (ii) With regard to relief no.2, the representation dated 28.03.2024 of the petitioner is non-statutory representation. Accordingly, the prayer no.2 sought by the petitioner cannot be acceded. 4. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed.
