This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties nos. 2 & 3 to take legal action and to preserve the CCTV footage of Police Station- Mawai, District Ayodhya dated 01.12.2024 to 02.12.2024, which can be presented before the Hon'ble Court if required and to investigate the CCTV footage and take appropriate legal action against the guilty police personnel. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. 6.
