For order or direction to the opposite party no. 1 to decide Regular Suit No. 1390 of 2024, Safiya Begam Versus Tabbasum Begam suit for declaration of eviction before Civil Judge (SD), Mohanlalganj, Lucknow filed by the petitioner pending before the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (SD), Mohanlalganj, Lucknow contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of with direction that the suit shall be heard expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
