Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that direction may be issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandauli i.e. respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation dated 20.11.2023 within stipulated time as directed by this Court. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents very fairly conceded the fact that grievance of the petitioner would be looked into, examined and remedied by the respondent- Authority at the earliest. 4. Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandauli i.e. respondent No.2 to ensure that the grievance of the petitioner would be addressed/representation dated 20.11.2023 preferred by the petitioner may be decided within six weeks, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
