Civil Writ Petition No. 10145/2014, which was dismissed vide order dated 20.09.2023 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on account of non-prosecution. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10145/2014 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees).
