GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.08.2024, seeking invocation of provisions of Section 126 of BNSS against the respondents 7 to 9 for their repeated interference with the property of the petitioner. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2024, which was sent by registered post was not received by the respondents 2 and 3. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent. On such receipt of representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.04.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
