These are not matters to be seen by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, especially as, the counsel the opposite party no. 1-Bank says that as per his instructions it is the sister of the deceased who is nominee in respect of the insurance policy issued by the opposite party no. 2 who is not represented before us. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other remedies.
