Consequently, the impugned notice contained in Annexure-1 is quashed with liberty to the opposite parties to proceed a fresh, but, only in accordance with law keeping in mind the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 13.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 295 of 2022 and the statutory provisions which may be attracted in this regard. 5.
