No. 876 of 2018 (Santosh Kumar Vs Lalmani) pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge, (J.D.) Court No. 40, Lucknow, expeditiously, as soon possible, within a short period of time as fixed be this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the trial court shall endeavour to decide the abovesaid suit expeditiously and in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 4.
