Also heard Mr. K K Porasor, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The applicant was granted interim bail on 30.08.2022 by this Court and the matter was kept open for future consideration. However, the matter was shown as disposed of in the computer system of the Court. 3. Therefore, when the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court and prayed for bail, the Trial Court refused to grant bail. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner was granted interim bail after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, he is directed to appear before the Trial Court in respect of PRC Case No. 1161/2023 within next 10 days from today. 6. On his appearance, the applicant Ferli Khasia @ Ferli Mukhim shall be released on bail of ₹20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Cachar, Silchar.
