The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (S.D.) Ayodhya to decide the Temporary Injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC (6-C) in Regular Suit No. 1182/2024 (Krishna Kumar and others Versus Janhvi Agrahari and another), expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
