Surender Sharma a;rming the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur Bushehar, District Shimla, H.P on 5.9.2019, in Criminal Case No. 5 of 2017, titled Surender Sharma Vs. Mehar Singh are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It has been submitted that no amount has been deposited before the learned Trial Court or this Court. In view of this, no order is required to be passed for the disbursal of the amount by this Court. 5.
