O M Gujar Law Chambers COMMON ORDER This Court, by its earlier order dated 18.03.2025, made it clear that if the vehicle is not repossessed before the next hearing date, these applications will be closed on the next hearing date. On the last hearing date, the time was extended for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle till the date of next hearing. Till today, the vehicle has not been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner in accordance with the order dated 18.03.2025. Therefore, these Applications are closed. While considering the fresh application, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner who has been appointed in these applications since the applicant had already paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
