Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application alongwith her son aged about three years under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The application was filed on 01.11.2022 and an interim order was passed on 11.12.2024 but the same has not been complied and the case has not proceeded and the same is also not being decided therefore the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court. Considering the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the case before the court concerned. In case any such application is moved within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be considered by the court concerned in accordance with law and shall proceed accordingly as per law.
