This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 07.04.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0115 of 2025, under Sections 69,333,351(3),108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur. Learned A.G.A.on instructions states that Section 69 of B.N.S.,2023 has been withdrawn during course of the investigation. With regard to the other offences, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
