On being asked to show the allotment letter, the petitioner's Counsel submitted that there is no allotment letter in favour of the petitioner, but she is occupying the shop under some authority of the Ayodhya Development Authority. However, he could not show any such authority given by the said Authority to the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the authority says that the petitioner is in illegal possession and is trying to get it protected under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In view of the aforesaid, these are not matters to be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
