Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(ii). To direct the learned Court of Civil Judge (JD) Shrawasti to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC pending in the Suit No. 82/2024, Vijai Raj Vs. Chhail Behai and others expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that a substitution application is also pending, the same shall also be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
