1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.02.2025, passed in Crl.M.P. No.23 of 2025 in Crl.A. No.2 of 2025, passed by the XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner was convicted by the judgment dated 27.12.2024 in C.C. No.46 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, for the offences under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 420 of the Indian penal code, 1860. The petitioner filed criminal appeal. Along with the appeal, the petitioner also filed Crl.M.P. No.23 of 2025 seeking suspension of the sentence, wherein the learned Sessions Judge, by an order dated 06.02.2025 had imposed a condition of deposit of 20% of the compensation amount which amounts to Rs.2,40,000/-. It is submitted that the said order passed on 06.02.2025 and copy of the order was received by the petitioner on 26.03.2025.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition on the ground that he has no sufficient means and seeks accommodation for compliance of the order.

4. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be able to comply with the direction of the learned Session Judge, if the petitioner is accommodated by extending time.
5. Considering the same, the time granted by the learned Session Judge stands extended till 16.06.2025. Needless to say, in the event of failure to comply, the order stands vacated automatically.
6. Accordingly the criminal petition is disposed of.
