Petitioner claims the insurance amount payable to her consequent to death of her son in an accident under the scheme known as Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana under which as stated Rs.12/- per annum was deducted from the account of the deceased with opposite party no.1 as premium payable to opposite party no.2. 3. Ms. Ruby Chaudhary, learned counsel for opposite party no.1-S.B.I. says that the Bank has completed all the formalities and uploaded the information on the relevant portal pertaining to the scheme but it is opposite party no.2 which has not yet taken a decision. Nobody has received notice for opposite party no.2. 4. Considering the aforesaid, instead of issuing notice to opposite party no.2, we allow the petitioner to approach opposite party no.2 by moving an application whereupon opposite party no.2 shall get the facts verified and take a decision on the claim of the petitioner if all the formalities are complete, positively within six weeks. However, if there is any deficiency noticed, the same shall be informed by opposite party no.2 to the petitioner and opposite party no.1 whereupon the same shall be removed and decision shall be taken by concerned opposite parties within the next six weeks. 5.
