The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 125/2024 arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 79/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar. 3. On 09.08.2024, cyber police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near High School Pathrol, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith two other co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones and three sim cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It appears that one victim has appeared who has claimed that this petitioner has cheated him. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about a year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 125/2024 arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 79/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
