The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC seeking the following relief: A. Modify its order dated 26.03.2025 to the extent that stay be granted on the operation of all three impugned orders dated 29.10.2024, 17.02.2025 and 19.02.2025 whereby students were transferred to other schools; B. Stay the operation of any order passed subsequently before 15.04.2025 upon the Respondent reconducting the enquiry also be stayed till 15.04.2025 and one week thereafter as granted in Khemo Devi case; 2. In view of the above, let school declare the result of Classes IX and XI for which there does not seem to be any impediment. 5. The application stands disposed of.
