Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 29/03/2025 passed by the opposite party no.1 i.e Additional Commissioner (Administration), Mandal Ayodhya in Revision no. 102 of 2024 U/s 210 of U.P. Rev. Code, 2006 (Uma Shankar V/s State and Ors.); and the order dated 08/12/2023 passed by the opposite party no. 2, contained as Annexure no. 1 and 2 with this writ petition. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. Party no. 2 to decide the pending objection application filed by the the private opposite parties Dated 20/12/2021 (Annexure no. 3) and by the petitioner dated 13/12/2023 (Annexure no. 5) against tracer report as well as impleadment application dated 27/06/2022 (Annexure No. 4) and application for filing necessary evidence dated 13/12/2023 (Annexure No. 6), before the passing of final order." On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his case before the authority concerned. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his case before the authority concerned.
