In this C482 application, the applicants have challenged the impugned summoning order dated 22.07.2017 along with entire proceedings of Complaint Case no.1241 of 2016, “Tellu Ram Vs. Suraj Kumar and others” under sections 323 and 506 of IPC, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Haridwar, District Haridwar. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this C-482 application. 6. Consequently, the C-482 application is disposed of with the liberty to the applicants to raise all their grievances, which has been raised before this Court, before the court concerned, and the learned trial court will look into the matter.
