The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to remove the illegal encroachment construction of building over the gaon sabha public utility land recorded as abadi of gata no. 1693 Situated at Village- situated village Sardar ka Purwa Purwara Pargana Ramganj, Tehsel Lalganj Pratagarh in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy by approaching the respondent authority under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition disposed of. In case the petitioner files such an application, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
